- Extract the .zip file.

- There will be two folders one MTA and other Skins.

- Copy the two folders and paste in your mta sa folder.

This mod adds a small island with a lake and a holiday house where you could find many things to do (slot machine, video games etc), everything you need, and... some surprises !

There is many objects added, if you have a low-end computer this mod could slowing the game...

The mod will be improved and uptdated for better dreams and luxury on this small island.

Installation

Just copy the "data" folder to your GTA San Andreas directory.

Don't forget to make a backup of the files you replace.

1. Copy both 'text' and 'data' folders from "Files" folder inside this

archive and paste to GTA San Andreas root.

2. Open gta3.img (located in "#gta root#\models" folder) with IMG Tool 2.0

and replace all files with the ones from this archive.

Rebuild the archive.
